"Relax... Don't Worry... Have
a Homebrew!"
-Charlie Papazian
This
is a small list of things that I've learned in the few times I homebrewed.
I thought about just listing them out on one page, ala Dave Letterman's
top ten list. But, in the end I decided to make some links to all
the different stories. Each one should be a page long or so, and
I will try to make it entertaining as well as infomative. :-)

*Note: if you find some of the following smiley's
don't have a link, I'm still working on the stories.
My
first equipment purchase (1994)
Ready
to throw in the towel: My first batch of liquid rubber (1994)
If
at first you fail... or, the first batch that tasted good (1995)
The
exploding Christmas
Ale (1995)
How
do you get that cherry residue and
malt out of the tiles? (1996)
My
3 years break, and what's up now? (1997 to present)
